| It was still sunny to the south, but a dark band of clouds was covering us. It had been a beautiful warm day when we left, so neither of us was dressed for a storm. Fortunately, we didn't have to climb back down as there was a trail that went down the northeast side of the mountain. Good thing too, by the time we got halfway down the trail it was snowing like hell and we were both freezing cold. So ended my career as a mountainclimber. |
